Recognizing a critical gap in traditional sales training, Tania designed the Disruptor’s Quadrant to put the seller at the center, empowering them to harness their unique purpose, motivations, and experiences as fuel on their path to quota. This transformative framework guides sellers through four pivotal stages—Discover, Decide, Design, and Disrupt—helping them declare bold goals, make intentional choices, craft strategic plans, and drive impactful daily action. With over two decades of quota-carrying experience, Tania understands the unrelenting focus required to sustain energy and momentum from one quarter to the next.
